Job Description

Overview:

The Performance Marketing Manager involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversions across multiple channels, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Affiliates. Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data to identify trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch integrated campaigns, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, and CPA. Staying updated with industry trends and managing external relationships with agencies and vendors is key to ensuring campaign success. The role also includes budget management, forecasting, and resource allocation to achieve marketing goals within financial constraints.


What will you do :

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and conversion.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies across multiple channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Affiliates, and other paid advertising channels to drive targeted traffic, leads and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to develop and launch integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in performance marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to optimize performance marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage performance marketing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to allocate resources effectively and achieve desired results within budget constraints.

What do we expect:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of working in Global markets like LATAM, APAC and MENA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and other performance marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
  • Displays a passion for education, innovation, and making a positive impact.
