Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in optimizing campaigns for U.S. brands. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and experienced in using performance marketing strategies to drive measurable growth across multiple channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, display, and affiliate marketing. Your role will be key in driving efficient acquisition, retention, and overall performance for our U.S.-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for U.S. brands to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads, Bing), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and display advertising campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign results, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the analytics team to monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing for U.S. markets, ensuring that campaigns are competitive and innovative.
• Develop and manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve ROI.
• Utilize customer segmentation, audience targeting, and retargeting techniques to maximize campaign performance.
• Analyze competitor campaigns and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, preferably with U.S.-based brands.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, display networks, and affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Proficient in using performance marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEMrush, and others.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. digital marketing landscape, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
• Experience with U.S. e-commerce brands is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with additional performance channels like YouTube Ads, programmatic advertising, or native advertising.
• Experience working with brands in various industries (e.g., retail, SaaS, e-commerce, tech, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
