Tasting of daily blends to ensure the blends meet taste profile of target country.New product development by self research and trial to create new blends. All blend recipes to be kept highly confidential.

Purchase and Procurement of tea,herbs and flavours- Coordinating with management and senior consultants and vendors on the requirements for the same. Attaining pricing from vendors and comparing with all vendors to get best price and product ratio post approval from management. Post approval ordering and insuring quality of ordered material is as per the requirement and specifications.

Day to day interaction with vendor.

Blend costing ,negotiation and vendor development- To ensure competitive pricing of our product and best pricing from vendors.

Handling food safety audits and internal audit- Daily files to be maintained as per US FDA/NOP/NPOP/FSSAI/etc.

Inventory management and team building i.e., manpower management

Quality control of raw material and final product.

Packaging development and new innovation.

Management of commercial production- factory visit to third party packagers during packaging of material to ensure they follow protocol and maintain qc of product. Pre packaging sampling and tasting management to ensure lab blend and commercial blend are more or less same to taste.

Coordination with logistics department and export department.
