Position Overview
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing personalized investment advice, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, all through virtual communication channels. This role involves regular communication via calls, emails, and chat platforms to foster long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and alternative investments.
• Drive the growth of assets under management (AUM) by acquiring new investments and expanding investments from existing clients.
• Provide proactive updates and market insights to clients, helping them stay informed about their investments.
• Resolve client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide personalized mutual fund recommendations based on client profiles, risk appetite, and financial objectives.
• Educate clients about different types of mutual funds, including equity, debt, hybrid, and index funds.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic conditions, and mutual fund products to offer informed advice to clients.
• Promote and cross-sell mutual fund products and services to existing clients, helping them diversify their portfolios.
• Meet sales targets and KPIs set by the organization, ensuring a continuous pipeline of new business inflow.
• Track and document client interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and follow up as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or a related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service, preferably in a virtual environment
• AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) certification are preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and understanding
• Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual collaboration software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Stock Market & Mutual Funds
