Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will craft and execute growth strategies, optimize marketing funnels, and collaborate across teams. Succeeding in this role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and digital marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify growth opportunities across Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and email marketing.
• Test innovative campaigns and conversion optimization tactics.

Digital Marketing

• Execute and optimize digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Drive brand visibility and engagement through social media, content marketing, and SEO.
• Collaborate with content and design teams on impactful digital assets.

Content & Asset Creation

• Develop high-quality, relevant content and marketing assets that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate on ad creatives, landing pages, promotional materials, and product launch content.
• Ensure brand voice consistency and continuously test and refine assets for better engagement and conversion rates.

Performance Marketing

• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
• Use audience segmentation, A/B testing, and creative optimization to boost ROI and lower CAC.
• Continuously monitor and enhance campaign performance.

Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and performance reports.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Tableau for data tracking.

Product-Led Growth

• Enhance user experiences and optimize conversion funnels with product and UX teams.
• Boost engagement and retention through product messaging.

Partnerships & Collaborations

• Develop strategic partnerships and affiliate programs to expand reach.
• Collaborate with industry influencers and thought leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, focusing on B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and retention through digital strategies.
• Strong English proficiency with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, SEO, CRO, and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
