Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
Shift Timings: Night Shift (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update a comprehensive candidate database, ensuring timely follow-ups and status tracking.
• Post job openings on various job portals and effectively match candidate profiles with relevant job opportunities.
• Edit and format resumes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation before submission to clients.
• Negotiate terms and handle paperwork validation, ensuring successful closures for assigned job requisitions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients to create a robust professional network.
• Proactively submit consultants to job openings and follow up with vendors and clients for interview feedback and next steps.
• Negotiate billing rates with vendors and clients, ensuring competitive pricing and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide ongoing support to consultants and assist in resolving performance-related or client-specific concerns.
• Foster professional relationships within the team and with external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and business success.

Job Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in Bench Sales or US IT Staffing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, GC).
• Understanding of employment types (W2, Corp-to-Corp, 1099) and industry best practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and consultants.
