Ami Polymer - Product Manager - Sieves & Screens (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Product Manager to oversee our Sieves and Screens product line in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in product management within the pharma industry, with a focus on industrial sieves, screens, or related equipment used in manufacturing processes. This role is essential in managing the product lifecycle, from development to launch, ensuring our products meet the high standards required in the pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications in product management is a plus.

- As the Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, engineering, sales, and marketing to drive product success, innovation, and customer satisfaction within the pharma industry.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for sieves and screens that aligns with company objectives and addresses customer needs within the pharmaceutical industry.

Product Development : Lead the development of new sieving and screening products and enhancements, working with R&D and engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Market & Customer Research : Conduct detailed market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products in the pharmaceutical manufacturing space.

Product Lifecycle Management : Manage the entire lifecycle of sieves and screens products, from ideation and design to launch and post-launch activities, ensuring continuous product improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development, manufacturing, and distribution.
