Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead our Inflatable Sealing Project. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in product management, specifically in the fields of manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sealing solutions. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the development and commercialization of inflatable sealing systems for various industries, including pharma, bio-pharma, aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors.

Required Qualifications:

Experience : 5-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on inflatable sealing products, industrial solutions, or related manufacturing sectors.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and industry standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO).

Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of inflatable sealing technologies, product design, and development processes.

As the Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing the entire lifecycle of our inflatable sealing products, working closely with design, engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure the product meets customer needs, quality standards, and market demands.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for inflatable sealing solutions, defining the product vision, roadmap, and competitive differentiation.

Product Development : Lead the design, engineering, and development phases of inflatable sealing products, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure innovation and feasibility.

Customer & Market Insights : Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies in sealing solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of the product.

Project Leadership : Oversee all aspects of the inflatable sealing project, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, and budgets.
