Though this is Indian Based company, the company has maintained the hospitality and good infrastructure for manufacturing facilities. The worst thing is that, The director-Alpesh Gandhi gives importance only to those people who have done degree or diploma from LD College. The Monopoly has been created by Some Employees in each Functional Department within this organisation. shocking Very toxic work culture I have seen in this group. If you have joined this organisation as new Joinee then you feel Discrimination in the workplace, mostly Gujjus are cheaper in this group. In other words if I would have to tell about company then this company is Lala company. As I have been worked with Quality Department and This company is manufacturing Pharma, Biopharma and Food Industry related Silicon rubber products, the Quality staff himself break the rules Like eating food at the workplace itself.
