Job Description

The key expectation from this role is to manage the Data entry Pre-Payroll activity in the ERP tools prescribed by the company for NAM Region which includes processes like New Hire setup, Payroll Inputs, Termination and Attendance Mgmt., Data Management, Direct deposit, Payrate change in system.

Need to maintain the right SLAs for the process in terms of TAT Accuracy.

Requirement :

Good working knowledge for US HRO Payroll Domain.
Experience on managing transactions on different HR ERP s
Maintain the required SLAs with respect to TAT and Accuracy.
Working knowledge of UKG , SAP , Workday similar tool is desirable.
Experience of handing emails queries and problem resolution.
Knowledge of HR processes and practices - Payroll, Time and Attendance Termination (Data management).
Exhibits consistent quality control in work
Experience in the same domain, worked in relevant industry
