Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee civil finishing activities on site, ensuring compliance and specifications as per drawing.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, labours to get the work done and resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of work schedules, and quality control measures.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations during all phases of civil works.

• Maintain cleanliness of the finished and final flats.
