About the role:
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team.
- As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR within the company, including the end-to-end recruitment process, employee engagement and benefits, performance management, and operational tasks.
- You will work closely with leadership to shape the company's culture and ensure that HR strategies align with our business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with the company's business goals and culture.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Maintain accurate employee records and regularly update HR systems.
- Assist in managing payroll on Zoho, attendance, employee Database, and leave records using KEKA HRIS.
- Build and nurture a high-performance culture by designing initiatives for employee development, feedback, and recognition.
- Oversee employee relations and handle sensitive issues to ensure a positive work environment.
- Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on labor laws, compliance regulations, and industry trends to ensure the company's HR practices are always up to date.
- Lead efforts in building and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Manage HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and support company growth.
Qualifications:
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably within a startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and specifically, an immaculate control over the English language.
