ABACUS Manager, Seller Growth Programs - EU 3P Compliance

The role is responsible for end to end management of Brexit lanes UK EU. The job involves end to end business planning including but not limited to creating action plans and strategy for execution, ensuring rigor and designing high business impact processes. The individual must be comfortable and confident liaising with remote teams and senior leaders. The individual will manage business impact via functional activities and will be accountable for designing and delivering on all KPIs of the lane management including First, Middle and Last Mile. The individual will interface and drive agenda with Product teams to build scalable solutions.

The role involves influencing peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and business goals assigned. The successful candidate should have the ability to work at all levels of detail to accomplish team/organization goals. The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Amazon s core business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices.

In this role, you have to be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail and passion for data, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

This individual will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management teams of existing accounts, along with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements.

Key job responsibilities
Expected to own a SP interaction to drive compliance program adoption while supporting them throughout the funnel.
Managing team of account representative and driving their performance metrics, defining goals & career growth.
Lead initiatives to re-engineer transportation processes, and identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in Amazon s transportation & 3P provider operations.
Propose improvements to our software and other tools for ease of use as well as efficacy.
Continual, tactical communication with external customers (Carriers, Brokers) and internal customers (M3, ACES, Intermodal teams, Tech, SC, Fulfillment Centers).
Must be able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions.
Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.
Collaborate with multiple Level 5/6/7 EU stakeholders, fostering cross-functional alignment and driving initiatives forward.
Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions that make sense based on available data.
Develop Key performance metrics to assist with driving business results.

The role supports one of the critical functions, but not limited to, EU Compliance programs. In this, you will need to work with cross functional teams varying from program, product, marketing and tech to build strategies. - 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
