Assist in acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers. Serve as a key point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns. Ensure effective communication of client requirements to internal teams. Operational Support:
Oversee contract manufacturing operations to ensure timely delivery of projects. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and project progress. Market Research:
Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives. Key Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in contract manufacturing (3P) within the nutraceutical, cosmetics, or ayurvedic industries. Strong skills in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. Basic understanding of new product development (NPD) processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
