Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and enhance customer experience. Strategic Planning:
Design and execute strategies to strengthen the companys position in the 3P/contract manufacturing domain. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance standards. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Key Requirements: Proven experience (10-20 years) in contract manufacturing or 3P in the nutraceutical, cosmetics, or ayurvedic sectors. Strong expertise in business development, new product development (NPD), and client relationship management. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. MBA or equivalent qualification in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
