Transmission Line Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Execution, Installation, testing, Commissioning of Transmission lines till 220kv, 400KV Level.
• Hands on Experience in handling Right of Way for Transmission lines, Negotiation with Land owners & farmers for Land and Crop Compensation
• Experience in Statutory approvals for Transmission Lines, Transmission Line crossings for EHV, HV and LT Lines, railway, Highway, Bridges etc
• Experience and Knowledge in Route Survey/Alignment, Tower Spotting, Detailed Survey, Check Survey, finalizing optimal route taking into consideration crossings, ROW issues etc., Railway, Highway and other crossing requirements etc.
• Single point contact to customer and management for project deliverables as per time, cost and quality requirements.
• Project/Construction Acvities Planning as per Project requirements and mapping the deliverables of stake holders and ensuring the same.
• Supervising all project/site activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction, Developing and implementing Method statements and Field Quality Plans in line with the customer requirement and system requirement.
• Assessment & identification of potential contractors, obtaining offers, market rate analysis/ reviewing offers based on the same, leading the contractor negotiation process and finalization of contractors in line with the cost, time and quality requirements of the project."
• Cost Planning and ensuring Completion of project/construction activities with savings with respect to budget and contribute to project margin.
• Developing billing plan based on project schedule, ensuring realization of same.
• Accountable for Quantity estimation, Materials requirement planning and coordination with stakeholders for timely delivery of materials at site.
• "Ensuring Work Measurement Certification from Customer, Bill certification and ensuring on-time payments from customer.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/BE (Electrical, Civil) with minimum 7+ to 12 years of experience.

Site Construction Manager, single point contact to customer and management for project deliverables as per time, cost, and quality requirements.
