Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to manage shift inspection activities and maintain high-quality standards. As a part of our team, you will perform in-process inspections, ensure quality control plans are followed, and provide status updates for all items in progress.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and perform shift inspections as per the established schedule.
• Conduct in-process inspections as per quality control plans, specifications, drawings, and available test methods.
• Calculate internal and external rejection PPM and take corrective actions.
• Provide updates on inspection status for ongoing items.
• Carry out setup approvals and update inspection reports.
• Ensure QA equipment calibration is performed as per the schedule.
• Maintain 5S and approved samples in accordance with the schedule.
• Ensure documentation complies with ISO and EMS standards.
• Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, and powder coating processes is essential.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in quality control and inspection.
• Strong understanding of ISO & EMS standards.
• Hands-on knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, and powder coating processes.
• Ability to maintain 5S in the workplace.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
