Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• An Overseas recruiter who has experience in blue and white-collar domains for Gulf countries.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule appointments accordingly.
• Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates.
• Follow up on interview schedules and ensure timely communication with both parties involved.
• Manage international recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Naukri.com and Linkedin.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (preferably 5+ years).
• Familiarity with labor laws and DE&I practices.
