Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Distribution & Investment Sales at Alt DRX in Bangalore Urban.
The role involves overseeing business relationship management, team management, sales strategies, logistics management, and drive investment sales and distribution operations on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Manage Distribution Networks: Develop and maintain a strong network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and Channel Partners to expand Alt DRX's market reach.
- Strategic Growth: Design and implement growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and maximize investment sales across the platform.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing team of sales and distribution professionals to achieve business targets.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with key partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities for new distribution networks, and optimize existing channels to ensure maximum growth potential.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in distribution management, ideally within financial services.
- Previous experience working with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and wealth management firms is highly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven success in driving growth through IFA networks, channel partnerships, or other similar platforms.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams and stakeholders towards achieving common goals.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences, including senior management, partners, and investors.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and optimize strategies for growth.
- Travel: Ability to travel as required to support distribution efforts across the region.
