Opening: State Head

Location: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

The primary purpose of this role is to meet and exceed the assigned sales targets by building Alphatec as the partner of choice in the assigned portfolio of A/V brands. The State Head is responsible for executing the sales plan within the assigned geographies according to the strategy the leadership told. This role will constantly monitor and provide feedback to the leadership for making necessary changes in the brand and product portfolio vis--vis competition so as to maintain and enhance the edge Alphatec has. In addition, this role will inform the Business Heads of any sales opportunities within the different verticals of Alphatec.

The main duties are:

• Revenue: Meet and exceed revenue targets set by the leadership team within the assigned brands and product portfolio.
• Distribution Build-up: Execute the district and channel-wise distribution strategy to further expand Alphatec's reach within the assigned region/s.
• Collections: Follow a rigorous process for ensuring timely collections
• Brand Building: Enhance Alphatec's brand image for better awareness & product demand.
• Market Research: Analyse and provide inputs to management on market opportunities
• Team building: Building and sustaining a performance culture.

The ideal person for the role:

• Minimum 5-15 years of experience, preferably 5+ years of experience in consumer electronics/ FMCG industry.
• For someone who is a Graduate with relevant experience, an MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage).
