Job Description

Alorica India Private Limited is looking for HR.Learning.Learning Delivery.Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

As a Learning Delivery Manager within the Human Resources Learning function, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning programs for employees

Your role involves collaborating with HR teams, subject matter experts, and external vendors to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:Learning Program Design:Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and objectives

Design and develop learning programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs

Training Delivery:Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events

Utilize various delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms

Content Development:Work with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging and effective learning materials

Review and update training content to ensure relevance and accuracy

Vendor Management:Identify and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants

Evaluate external training programs for alignment with organizational goals

Learning Technology:Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to deliver and track training programs

Stay informed about trends in learning technology and recommend enhancements

Assessment and Evaluation:Develop assessment tools and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs

Analyze training data and feedback to make continuous improvements

Budget Management:Manage the budget for learning and development initiatives

Optimize resources to deliver high-quality learning experiences cost-effectively

Compliance and Reporting:Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements

Generate and present reports on learning program effectiveness to stakeholders

Learning Culture Promotion:Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization

Encourage employee participation in learning and development opportunities

Team Collaboration:Collaborate with HR business partners, talent management, and other HR functions to integrate learning initiatives with broader HR strategies
