Job Description
Title: Corporate Legal Counsel
Location: Bangalore, Mohali
Mode of Work: Hybrid
Shift timing: 2PM to 11PM
Job Description:
- Subject matter expert on labor law compliance, employment contracts, company policies and handbooks, internal disciplinary inquiries, labor disputes, mediation, and structuring compensation and benefits.
- Advise company on POSH related matters.
- Manage integrity and HR related investigations as assigned.
- Candidate with minimum 5 years of experience.
