Role & responsibilities
Application, Synthetic and infrastructure Monitoring using Dynatrace SaaS
Use of Dynatrace to monitor/troubleshoot applications Performance and availability. Use of Dynatrace to set up alerting.
Producing reports to meet application and infrastructure planning and management needs, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis.
Providing advice and consultancy to management and technical teams on performance, capacity and availability matters, diagnostics and root cause analysis.
Ensure that all relevant processes and procedures are adhered to.
Dynatrace SaaS
- Set up of alerting profiles, auto tags, maintenance windows, Custom events in Dynatrace
- Use of Dynatrace APIs to create reports
- Python programming (desirable)
- TCP/IP network knowledge
- Knowledge in UNIX, NT, W2000/3, and Oracle SQL
- Unix Shell scripting
- Knowledge on Different OS systems. Understanding of the needs and concepts of cross-platform, business process-oriented systems management.
Data manipulation and reporting skills.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience monitoring domain
