Telecalling Executive

An inbound call agent is essentially a customer service representative who is responsible for:

• Receiving incoming calls from customers
• Answering questions
• Providing information
• Resolving issues or concerns regarding your product/service or company

To be effective at their job, inbound call agents must possess excellent communication skills, should be able to listen actively to customers needs, and be knowledgeable about the company’s products or services.

They should also be able to handle customer complaints, process orders or requests, and maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.
