Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle inbound service inquiries for Solar Power Systems, Solar Water Heaters, and Heat Pumps. The role involves assisting customers with service requests, troubleshooting basic issues, and upselling paid services and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls related to service and maintenance of solar products.
• Provide basic troubleshooting assistance and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Offer and upsell paid service packages and spare parts to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in telecalling/customer service (preferably in the solar or home appliance industry).
• Good communication skills in Kannada, English and Hindi.
• Ability to persuade customers and upsell relevant services.
• Basic knowledge of solar products is a plus.
