Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Utilise strong communication skills to generate an RFQ (Enquiry) from the prospect list that will be provided by us - this RFQ is to be handed over to the inside sales team.
  
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to engage with potential customers and convert them into paying clients.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in telesales or related field (outbound calling).
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction during outbound calls.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
