Sales Executive / Sr . Sales Executive

Any Graduate with 4 - 5 Years of Experience in Sales of Medical Devices / Equipments .

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting and selling the company’s products or services. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, goal-oriented, and have strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify and prospect new customers through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads and assess customer needs to offer suitable products or services.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager or director.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
Follow up on sales inquiries and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Presentations:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
Provide quotes and pricing information to clients as needed.
Sales Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports, including progress on sales targets, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Ensure all contracts, agreements, and sales documentation are completed accurately and processed efficiently.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Assist in market research and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
