Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

• Build and manage a robust pipeline to achieve individual targets of ₹10 Cr in revenue and ₹30 Cr in pipeline development.
• Conduct online product demonstrations via platforms like MS Teams and Zoom, showcasing a deep understanding of the product and its value proposition.
• Travel occasionally across India to foster strong client relationships and close deals.

Social Media and Marketing:

• Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to engage prospects and build a professional network.
• Run targeted campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Create compelling content and contribute to inbound marketing efforts to attract and retain clients.

Creativity and Problem-Solving:

• Demonstrate attention to detail and creative thinking by developing innovative approaches to marketing and business development challenges.
• Utilize AI tools, MS Office, and other resources to streamline processes and achieve goals efficiently.

Personality and Ambition:

• Exhibit a high level of ambition and a winning attitude.
• Share engaging stories and communicate with energy to captivate audiences.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage senior professionals.
• Previous experience in marketing, business development, or sponsorship acquisition during university or early career is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with AI tools.
