About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Founder's Office Analyst to work closely with the founders and leadership team.
This role offers a front-row seat to decision-making processes and business strategy execution.
You will support cross-functional initiatives, manage strategic projects, and provide actionable insights to help scale the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with founders on business strategy formulation and execution.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across business functions.
Market & Competitive Research:
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends and competitive insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Project Management:
- Manage and track key strategic initiatives across multiple departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze business performance, financial data, and KPIs to derive actionable insights.
- Prepare dashboards and reports for the founder and leadership teams.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between founders and other business units.
- Support communication with investors, clients, and partners.
Operational Efficiency:
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives to optimize resource allocation and operational processes.
Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Soft Skills:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
