Responsibilities:

- Undertake design projects from concept to completion within commercial settings.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional design solutions.

- Create detailed architectural interior designs using REVIT and other 3D software.

- Develop project timelines, budgets, and specifications while ensuring adherence to safety codes and regulations.

- Source materials and products necessary for projects while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity.

- Supervise construction progress to ensure compliance with design specifications.

- Travel to client sites across India as needed for project assessments and meetings.

- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle using platforms like Teams and Zoom.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a commercial interior designer with a diverse portfolio showcasing previous work.

- Strong proficiency in REVIT, 3D modeling software, and fluency in 2D CAD; familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.

- Excellent artistic skills combined with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Effective communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
