Interior Designer

Job Overview

Interior Designing. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be required to create and present interior designing concepts in response to client needs.

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs.
• Meets with clients to program the project requirements
• Take accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations
• Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings

and fixtures

• Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
• Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities.
• Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation.
• Provides follow-up support with customers.
• Develops and maintains productive and effective relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in the field of High End Residential and/or

Hospitality Design

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and self- starter
• Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work

effectively under pressure

• Knowledge of tools such as AutoCad,Revit, 3D Max, Sketchup, Lumion Twinmotion,

PowerPoint shall be preferred.
