Finance Assistant

Position Overview:

All Wave AV Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance, particularly in investment calculations, and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves handling various administrative tasks related to investments and assisting in the management of financial reports. The Finance Assistant will report directly to the directors of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interest Rate Calculation: Assist in calculating interest rates for various investment
  opportunities.
• Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks related to investing, including
  documentation and reporting.
• Report Collection: Aid in collecting and organizing internal financial reports to ensure accurate
  data management.
• Card Reward Points Management: Oversee the management and tracking of card reward points
  related to company expenses.
• Deposit Arbitrage Funds Management: Handle current short-term deposit arbitrage funds,
  ensuring optimal use of resources.
• ESOP Management: Assist in managing Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and related
  documentation.
• Real Estate Portfolio Identification: Identify potential real estate portfolio opportunities for
  investment and growth.
• Financial Analysis and Cost Optimization: Conduct various financial analyses, including cost
  optimization strategies, to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of previous finance experience is mandatory.
• A background in finance or accounting is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
