We at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic expert to lead our high performing Sales team with 6 to 25+ years of experience in similar profile across industry, preferably real estate. The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing business targets, expanding customer database, championing set annual targets, cross-selling initiatives, expansive team management and revenue growth.
Job Summary:
- Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving organizational growth objectives and expanding market presence.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands, ensuring a seamless integration of new products into the sales portfolio.
- Implementing advanced sales technologies and CRM systems to enhance sales team efficiency, streamline processes, and improve overall sales performance.
- Leading cross-functional initiatives to align sales efforts with overall company goals,including close coordination with finance, operations, and customer support teams.
- Driving the recruitment, onboarding, and development of top sales talent, ensuring the team is equipped to meet current and future sales challenges.
- Conducting regular market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Demonstrating expertise in negotiation and deal closure, ensuring optimal terms and outcomes for the company while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Enabling the team by duly acknowledging team members' achievements and accomplishments, planning and implementing regular training programs for skill building.
- Setting targets, performance plans, and standards for sales representatives, and coaching individual reps to improve sales performance.
- Tracking sales team metrics, analyzing sales team data, and developing plans to address performance gaps.
