Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to build pipelines.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
• Mentor junior recruiters and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
