Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Stock Market Research Analyst to provide market analysis, investment guidance, and leadership to the research team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing stock market trends, providing strategic guidance to clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of research content shared externally, including video presentations and written reports. Additionally, you will oversee and mentor junior research analysts, ensuring the content produced aligns with market trends and provides value to our audience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Market Analysis & Guidance:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the stock market, individual stocks, and macroeconomic factors influencing market trends.
• Provide actionable investment guidance to clients, portfolio managers, and internal teams, ensuring that strategies align with market conditions.
• Identify and communicate key market trends, opportunities, and risks, with clear recommendations for investments.
• Create regular reports and updates on market conditions, stock performance, and economic outlooks to inform both clients and internal stakeholders.

Client & Company Support:

• Offer timely, data-driven insights and strategies to guide both clients and the company in decision-making.
• Present findings clearly and effectively, both written and verbally, to clients, management, and other teams.
• Develop and communicate actionable insights that can help clients make informed investment decisions based on current market conditions.

Overseeing Research Analysts:

• Lead and mentor a team of research analysts, ensuring their research methodologies, findings, and reports align with the companys standards.
• Oversee the creation of research content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance in the reports, articles, and other materials shared with clients and external audiences.

Content Quality & Engagement:

• Review and ensure the quality of research content being posted on various platforms (including reports, blog posts, and social media).
• Oversee video content on YouTube, ensuring that market insights, analysis, and educational videos are accurate, relevant, and engaging.
• Work with the content team to refine and enhance research presentation formats to improve viewer and client engagement.
• Ensure the research team consistently follows industry best practices in their analysis, content creation, and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Certifications:

• NISM Series 15: Research Analyst Certification (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a research analyst, with a strong background in equity markets.
• Proven track record of analyzing market trends, making investment recommendations, and guiding clients or internal teams based on research.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Proficiency in using financial tools and platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) for research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex market insights to both clients and internal teams.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team of research analysts, providing guidance and feedback on research outputs.
• Solid understanding of content creation, particularly for video platforms such as YouTube, and how to engage a wide audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in both technical and fundamental analysis of equity markets.
• Experience with video content creation and strategy, particularly on YouTube or other social media platforms.
• Experience in managing or overseeing a team of analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work.
