Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Market Research Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business strategies and decisions. The role involves market research, data modeling, and generating reports to identify market trends and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to assess market conditions, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
• Identify target markets and potential growth opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and actionable insights.

Reporting and Insights:

• Create dashboards, charts, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Present insights to stakeholders and recommend strategies for market penetration, product development, and customer engagement.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies with market trends.
• Collaborate with external agencies for research and data collection when necessary

• Data Management:
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline data collection and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in market research.
• Familiarity with various market research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
• Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
