Junior Call Quality Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-
making.
• Assist with data entry and management tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or data analysis role.
• Strong listening and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Any degree in a related field is preferred.
