Position: HR Recruiter/ Senior Recruiter

Experience: 1+ year in bulk hiring (BPO industry preferred)

Location: Gurgaon

Salary- No bar for deserving candidate

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO roles using various sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain candidate databases and provide regular hiring updates.
• Collaborate with operations to meet recruitment needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Skills:

Experience in bulk hiring and recruitment tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields.

1+ year of experience in BPO recruitment.
