Designation: Quality Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Candidate must have experience in Domestic Sales as Quality Analyst.
• Knowledge of BPO work environment and should be Quality Analyst on papers.
• Should have experience in Call monitoring. Call Audit, Calibration sessions
• Should have done coaching and Dip check sessions.
• Feedback Coverage should be as per Quality SOP.
• Should have good understanding of quality improvement methodologies
• Willing to work in Rotational shift.
• Should be able to coach agents to improve CSAT

Desired Candidate Profile: -

• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Analyst in BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report preparation and presentation purposes.
