We are seeking a Creative Strategist with 3+ years of experience in digital product communication strategy to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive innovative campaigns and solutions across Websites, CRM, Performance Marketing and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance brand presence and user engagement.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Analyze user behavior and data to refine campaigns and optimize performance.
• Create compelling content ideas for websites, CRM workflows, and social media campaigns.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
• Manage timely delivery of performance marketing and other marketing collaterals with the help of creative team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital product strategy (websites, CRM, Social media).
• Strong creative and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• AI Tools: Knowledge of latest AI tools which assist in video production can be a great plus.
• Design thinking abilities.
• Creative Agency/Digital Agency Experience: Can be a huge plus.
• Fintech background can give great advantage.
• Knowledge of Performance Marketing is a great plus.
