About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and versatile AI-Powered Content & Growth Specialist to launch and scale multiple social media channels across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn Shorts, and more. In this role, you will combine viral content ideation, AI tool expertise, and prompt engineering to produce highly engaging, short-form videos and posts across various niches.

You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of content creation: from researching trending topics and crafting effective prompts for AI (text, image, and video generation) to producing polished, on-brand final deliverables. Beyond daily content production, youll also take a strategic lead, continuously discovering new AI capabilities, refining viral marketing ideas, and adapting to changing platform algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Niche Content Strategy & Research

• Conduct in-depth market and audience research to identify trending topics, keywords, and viral content opportunities across various niches.
• Develop and maintain a strategic content calendar for each channel (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Continuously monitor competitor channels and relevant hashtags to stay ahead of industry trends.

2. AI Prompt Engineering & Tool Mastery

• Harness AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney) to generate scripts, visuals, faceless avatars, and voice-overs.
• Write and refine effective prompts to elicit high-quality outputs (text, images, videos) and manage iterative prompt engineering to improve results.
• Stay up to date on emerging AI tools, frameworks, and workflows, testing and integrating the latest capabilities to improve production efficiency.

3. Faceless Video & Voice Production

• Create short-form videos using AI-generated avatars and TTS/voice cloning, ensuring content is engaging and brand-aligned.
• Coordinate with freelance or in-house designers, animators, or editors as needed to finalize video content with graphics and motion elements.
• Oversee the distribution of videos on respective platforms, optimizing for each algorithms best practices (e.g., titles, descriptions, hashtags, posting times).

4. Viral Marketing & Engagement Tactics

• Develop and execute strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions by leveraging hooks, storytelling, and platform-specific content optimizations.
• Experiment with different content formats (shorts, reels, stories, etc.) and track analytics to refine approaches.
• Identify and adopt viral tactics such as trend-jacking, user-generated content prompts, and collaborations.

5. Cross-Platform Growth & Management

• Manage multiple faceless channels, ensuring consistent scheduling and a cohesive brand voice or style across all content.
• Work closely with marketing teams (or external partners) to repurpose content for different platforms and audiences, adapting formats and messaging as needed.
• Analyze performance metrics (views, shares, watch time, engagement, conversions) to identify improvement areas and pivot strategies accordingly.

6. Trend Forecasting & Continuous Learning

• Regularly explore and evaluate new AI tools, social media features, and content techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct A/B testing on various content types, prompts, thumbnails, and titles to enhance virality and audience retention.
• Share insights, best practices, and emerging opportunities with the broader team to foster a culture of innovation.

7. Collaborative Teamwork & Communication

• Communicate content strategies, timelines, and progress updates to stakeholders, leadership, and other team members.
• Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements, new channel launches, or additional revenue opportunities (e.g., affiliate marketing, brand sponsorships).

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or AI-powered content production.
• Hands-on experience with AI text, image, and video generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL•E, ElevenLabs).
• Strong understanding of viral content strategies, hooks, and platform-specific best practices (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience in faceless video creation using AI-generated avatars and voice cloning.
• Excellent research skills to identify trends, keywords, and audience interests.
• Ability to write compelling scripts, captions, and headlines optimized for virality.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance and optimize content.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining content quality and brand consistency.
• Passion for AI advancements, digital media trends, and viral marketing.

Nice-to-Have:

• Background in content marketing, SEO, or social media growth hacking.
• Experience in monetizing social channels (ad revenue, sponsorships, affiliate marketing).
• Knowledge of platform recommendation algorithms and engagement tactics.
• Basic video editing and graphic design skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience in managing or scaling multiple faceless content brands.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana) to streamline workflows.
