Activation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) in collaboration with Marketing Managers and National Insights teams.
• Plan and execute consumer, contractor, dealer, and painter activations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Drive trade marketing initiatives, including store visibility (VM), color collateral availability, and OTC activations.
• Lead new product launch activations and regional consumer engagement programs for Dulux brands.
• Execute marketing strategies for modern retail (DDC) while ensuring merchandising and store activation compliance.
• Oversee micro-marketing activities to drive lead generation and secondary sales growth.
• Train and develop DDC manpower (KAO, RO, contractors & painters) to enhance store efficiency and customer engagement.
• Ensure new DDC store openings follow SOPs and drive market share growth.
