Job Purpose Statement
1. Responsible for demand Generation activities / Sell Out support to depot team through Government clients
2. Responsible for capability development
3. Deliver Value per contractor target as per defined norm
4. Ensure timely communication about new products offerings
5. Ensure site leads qualifying as Professional sites are intimated to the respective Professional Sales Officer where such roles exist
Critical Accountabilities
- Responsible to deliver business through Key Govt Accounts
- Accountable to build and transfer new sites/business
- Driving depth & width in key accounts through relation management, pipeline management and differentiated specifications
- Responsible for maintaining ongoing accounts and acquiring/developing new accounts
- Ensuring product upgradation and cross selling to have a profitable mix
- Regular presentations and beat activities
- Capability building of team of Key Account Managers
- SPOC for key customers and decision makers
- Ensuring contractor engagement through pipeline sharing.
Skills and Knowledge
- MBA with experience into govt sales
- Preferably from Building material industry
- Good communication skills and presentation skills is a must
- Proven track record
- Good at relationship management.
