Koskii is a rapidly growing apparel retailer specializing in womens occasion wear, with ambitions to become a highly profitable brand across India and beyond. Unlike traditional retailers, we leverage technology to turbocharge these ambitions.

As the Odoo Tech Lead, you will report directly to the CTO and lead Koskii’s Odoo initiatives. While your primary focus will be on Odoo configuration, customization, integration, deployment, and troubleshooting, this role provides an exciting opportunity to solve diverse business problems across the apparel retail domain and expand beyond Odoo. You will collaborate closely with multiple business functions like Finance, Warehouse, Category Management, and Store Operations to deliver impactful solutions that directly influence Koskii’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Odoo development team, including hiring and training new developers.
• Oversee the customization and maintenance of key Odoo modules like POS, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting, while driving the implementation of new modules like Manufacturing.
• Manage existing integrations and develop new integrations via APIs, ensuring seamless deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, and guide the operations team on data fixes.
• Create and maintain custom Odoo reports to support business operations as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Finance, Warehouse, Category Management, and Store Operations, to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document workflows, customizations, and integrations to maintain institutional knowledge and support system stability.

Requirements:
    • Experience: 8–12 years of Odoo development with strong techno-functional expertise and at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Technical Skills:
        - Expertise in Odoo modules such as POS, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting.
        - Deep understanding of the Odoo framework, including best practices such as coding standards, automated testing, configuration, and upgrades.
        - Strong experience with API integrations and cloud-based Odoo deployments.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in the retail domain or a similar industry.
