    Koskii is a rapidly growing apparel retailer specializing in womens occasion wear, with ambitions to become a highly profitable brand across India and beyond. Unlike traditional retailers, we leverage technology to turbocharge these ambitions.

    As part of our Odoo team, you will report into our Odoo Tech Lead. While you will initially focus on Odoo configuration, customisation, integration, deployment and troubleshooting, the role provides the opportunity to solve diverse business problems across the apparel retail domain and expand beyond Odoo in the future. As part of your day to day role, you will collaborate closely with multiple business functions like Finance, Warehouse, Category Management, and Store Operations to deliver solutions that directly impact Koskii's growth and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities:
• Customize and maintain Odoo modules like POS, Accounting, Sale, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting.
• Implement new modules like Manufacturing.    
• Manage existing integrations and Develop new integrations via APIs and ensure seamless deployments.
• Troubleshoot current/future issues and guide the operations team on data fixes.
• Create custom Odoo reports to support business operations as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Finance, Warehouse, Category Management, and Store Operations, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Document workflows, customizations, and integrations.

    Requirements:
• Experience: 8–10 years of Odoo development with strong techno-functional expertise.
• Technical Skills:
        - Expertise in Odoo modules such as POS, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Accounting;
        - Expertise in the Odoo framework and best practices like Odoo coding standards, automated testing, configuration best practices and Odoo upgrades
        - Experience in API integration
        - If you have expertise in Odoo deployment on the cloud, that will be an additional plus.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in the retail domain.
