What You'll Do :

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will :

- Lead Data Science Projects : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data science initiatives, including defining objectives, prototyping solutions, and deploying them into production. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring solutions align with business goals.

- Innovate with Machine Learning : Develop and implement advanced statistical and machine learning algorithms to detect and mitigate bot and fraudulent activities. Push the boundaries of security innovation.

- Enhance Data Processes : Build efficient processes for collecting, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets, ensuring scalability and performance to meet business demands.

- Create Visualization Tools : Design tools to analyze and visualize outputs from machine learning models, enabling actionable insights and better decision-making for end-users.

- Stay Ahead of Threats : Research emerging cybersecurity threats and integrate findings into product features to proactively enhance protection for global brands.

- Mentor and Lead : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

What You'll Bring :

To excel in this role, you should have :

- Experience : A minimum of 5 years in data science or a related field, with hands-on experience leading projects to completion.

- Education : A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, and machine learning algorithms, particularly in fraud detection or cybersecurity contexts.

- Experience working with large datasets, with a proven ability to extract meaningful insights and build scalable solutions.

- Problem-Solving Skills : A creative approach to tackling challenging problems, with a focus on identifying novel methods for

detecting fraud and bot traffic.

- Collaboration and Mentorship : A passion for working in collaborative environments, coupled with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
