Data Scientist (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Data Scientist with hands on experience in Python, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, NLP and NLG. We expect you to build data products that extract / predict valuable business insights.

In this role, you should be highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for machine-learning and research.

Role & Responsibility :

- Responsible for design and development of Machine Learning / Deep Learning based unstructured / structured data

- Design and develop NLP / NLG based applications and ML models

- Undertaking structured / unstructured data collection, preprocessing and analysis

- Develop REST endpoint that can serve models for other modules

- Collaborate with technology team and support the development of analytical models with the effective use of data and analytic techniques.

- Lead the team of data analysts and junior data scientist and mentoring them towards the solution.

Requirements:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in software development / information technology.

- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of ML, DL, NLP, NLG and Python.

- In-depth knowledge in text mining techniques, text preprocessing to arrive at the clean meta data.

- Analyze unstructured documents with various formats (.pdf,.docx,.rtf,.doc etc.) and able to extract the information by analyzing the pattern and guiding the team to select the right approach on the algorithms to be applied.

- Ability to perform statistical modelling (predictive, regression, hypotheses testing, multivariate analysis, Time Series, Cluster, forecasting, ARIMA) using Python.

- Expertise in few of the following: Sentiment Analysis, Entity Extraction, Document Classification, Topic Modeling, Seq2Seq, BERT, Attention models, Transformer Models, Word embeddings, Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG).

- Knowledge on latest emerging ML, DL and computer vision technologies is an added advantage.

- Knowledge on latest emerging ML, DL and computer vision technologies is an added advantage.

- Experience or knowledge Life Science is added advantage.
