1. The company is neither startup nor very aggresive on the growth, Hence you would feel things might be moving bit slowly. Adaption to new tools and technologies might feel slow in this rapidly changing tech ecosystem. 2. I felt there is a good work-life balance. You have the freedom to switch to a different project and your manager cannot stop unless it is very critical.
