1. The company is neither startup nor very aggresive on the growth, Hence you would feel things might be moving bit slowly. Adaption to new tools and technologies might feel slow in this rapidly changing tech ecosystem. 2. You would find yourself complaining if you compare compensation and benefits with that of some "very high" paying startup or big tech.

Very poor experience working with the company. Managers are like Hitler, only giving orders to complete some task by some date they decide on their own. No leadership or motivation provided, only telling about our job responsibilities. Most old people are not helpful to new joiners, playing tricks to show their knowledge only during standups and don't respond when you message them 1-1. They instead want new people to give KT to whole team. HR people are very bad, full of false promises, if whatever you agree is not in writing then you will get cheated in the end.
