We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to lead complex projects and deliver data-driven insights that drive strategic business decisions.

This role involves working on advanced machine learning models, statistical analysis, and large-scale data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solving real-world problems using data science techniques and mentoring junior team members.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced machine learning and statistical models to address key business challenges.

- Translate complex business problems into data science solutions and actionable insights.

- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.

- Perform hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and experimental design to evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.

- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing state-of-the-art data science methods, tools, and frameworks.

- Identify opportunities to leverage data for competitive advantage and operational improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals and deliver results.

- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and team members.

- Review and improve existing processes, ensuring adherence to best practices in data science and analytics.

- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data used in analyses and models.

- Optimize data processing workflows and pipelines for efficiency and scalability.

Requirements :

- Master's or Ph.in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

- 4+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning.

Proven experience in leading end-to-end data science projects with measurable impact.

Technical Skills :

- Programming : Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or Scala.

- Machine Learning : Expertise in traditional ML algorithms (e., decision trees, random forests, SVMs) and deep learning frameworks (e., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Big Data Tools : Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or similar tools.

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Machine Learning platforms.

- Data Processing : Proficient in SQL and working with structured and unstructured data.

- Visualization : Skilled in creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).

- MLOps : Experience deploying and maintaining models in production environments using tools like MLflow, Docker, or Kubernetes.
